SEO is a very ugly game. I've grown a page to about 1M views/month. But a change in Google's algorithm, and the page went down to 250K views/month. It's a very risky investment. Google is just unpredictable, non-logical, and basically a mysterious black hole.

My monthly cost of living in France 🇫🇷 🏠 1,400€ loan for the appartment 🥗 450€ food, organic only, with meat fish etc 📦 300€ average for various expenses (bars, orders, etc) ⚡160€ electricity + gaz 📱 45€ phone + internet 🚌 17€ average for transportation Total: 2,372€/month

I just signed up for the UK gov "one login" and it's an absolute masterclass in UX. No sarcasm. It gracefully handles handoff to a mobile app for facial verification, identity document capture (with multiple options) and handles all sorts of edge cases. Every time I felt "I bet if I click this the form will reset and I lose my data" it all just worked. Super clear language and UX, at no point was I frustrated or lost. The UK might be in decline as of late, but we still have greatness within us somewhere!

fullPage.js got popular and reached 34K stars on GitHub. Not because I was a coding genius. But because I was: - Shameless - Naive - Optimistic - Practical Here's the story of how my first open-sourced project became a success.

Decide to work at a big coffee shop today in Barcelona and the internet is 😬 It’s really miss how fast internet & cheap coffee in Da Nang 🥲
