ALT We’re exploring one of the most fascinating questions in palaeobiology: how skulls, brains, sensory systems, jaws, and feeding apparatuses evolved across the history of life—especially through the “Big Five” mass extinctions and the explosive radiations that followed and till the present time. We strongly welcome contributions from both vertebrate and invertebrate biologists and palaeobiologists. Cephalic evolution, sensory innovations, functional morphology, developmental transformations, and post-extinction recovery in any clade are in scope. If your research touches cranial anatomy, head-region evolution, biomechanics, or major anatomical innovations—this is your platform. Submit your abstract and join us in Cape Town for what promises to be a stimulating, cross-disciplinary conversation! for any other info; Contact me: Dr. Sanjukta Chakravorti email : [email protected]
