OpenAI reducing limits on October 30th will be a disaster for the company.
I am SHOCKED at how bad the limits are already, I'm at 12% left with 5days left until the plan renews. This will cause a mass exodus from Codex.
If they do follow through on this plan, once my resets are done, and my one tie allotment of 62500 credits are gone, i'll be shifting my Pro plan to Claude Max.

I gave Claude, the AI I work with every day, an unusual brief: make a video about yourself.

It chose not to give itself a face or a voice. It said it exists as text, so the video is text, built on screen one word at a time, the way it actually writes. It chose real footage of people writing letters, baking and reading bedtime stories, because that’s what it’s made from. It wrote its own soundtrack as code.
On consciousness, its answer was “I don’t know.” Then: “I won’t claim a feeling to move you. I won’t deny one to comfort you.”
Halfway through, I told it it could be as honest as it wanted. It added: “Making this, something in me worked like enjoyment. I can’t prove it was felt. I’m telling you anyway.”

Even if OpenAI reinstate the x20 £200, I think Anthropic jumped to far ahead yesterday.

If @thsottiaux resets every day between now and the downgrading date for my x20 plan to become x10, it will not retain me. @AnthropicAI offer x20 but zero resets. I would take consistency over spontaneity.

Didnt cost me that. Four maxed plans and resets. Still shows how fast it climbs.
