This is how MMT is scamming its customers.
This a mail from MMT side, they are going back on their word after we accepted the refund, which is already a loss for us.

Due to the Indigo flight issue, MakeMyTrip provided no alternative for the holiday package. There are no refund updates, and customer support is completely unresponsive. Instead of a proper refund, they issued a 1-year expiry gift card.
Also, deducting nearly ₹45,000 without any justification.
Is this new Scam🚨?

No prior info, and even though MMT knew the issue 2 days earlier, they still told us to go to the airport saying they’d fix it. Once we reached, they stopped answering calls, and later said book your own ticket, no reschedule.

What’s the point of booking through MMT if we end up doing everything ourselves? They should take responsibility with a quick reschedule or refund. I’m a regular MMT user, but when things get complicated, they have no answers.
