SSL certificates expire.
When they do, browsers flag your website as unsafe and visitors see a warning before they can enter.
Most visitors leave immediately when they see that warning. They do not call you to let you know.
Quimonit can help.

Monitoring your site shouldn’t require a PhD in Comp Sci.
Monitoring and security tools have that "nerd" barrier: too complex, techie, with no real communication with the non-tech owners.
Quimonit gives you enterprise grade monitoring in plain language.

I feel compelled to inform my experience with .@DoorDash.
After placing an order, the restaurant had some unexplained delay, my Dasher, Cotton, canceled without any communication or warning besides the delay. This happened just now and there are no other restaurants open.
As a small business that deals heavily in marketing & business consulting, it is appalling that .@DoorDash would have such policies that put their customers last. I sincerely hope they realizes how terrible their app, services, customer support and communications are.
Lastly I'm aware that some may think this is purely retaliatory, or petty airing of dirty laundry because I as a customer am upset. While the experi3nce is upsetting, I am sharing this in hopes everyone involved and other @DoorDash customers learn from this experience that I had.
