The fresh vegie produce isles are empty. Why is that.?

Every prepared meat or chicken items in supermarkets have the highest content of sugar, salt, fat and perservisists. ALDI has the highest fat content. When I cook ALDI meat or other in my pan is swimming in fat. Coles, Woolworths just the same. Human consumption addiction, fat.
