Luke Belmar Told Me to F*ck Off.
There he was...
I saw him, Luke Belmar himself.
Now if you don't know who he is he's a big Crypto and Ecommerce influencer who has over 400k followers on Twitter.
Me being a fan of the podcasts I went up to Luke and asked... "How would I scale my coaching business even further?"
(Seeing as he has built multiple digital businesses and made $40mil online)
Straight away he asked me, "How many calls does it take you to get a client."
Now I couldn't recall off the top of my head...
"One second as I pulled out my phone..."
"What doesn't get tracked, doesn't get improved." he replied quickly.
Now this is one of my favorite quotes, and it only made it clearer that tracking and fixing bottlenecks is what's needed to scale a business.
(Don't forget to take action and fix what's being tracked)
And he's right if you don't track important parts of your business how do you know what's working and what's not?
It's called the theory of constraints; you have something that isn't performing so you work to fix that so you can scale.
Then he told me to "Screw off and start scaling"

The problem with setting big goals.
For example:
$10mil in revenue.
If they are so big you don't truly believe you can do it...
It doesn't help.
Instead set a goal that you believe you can do.
Once you believe you can do it.
Then your actions follow suit.

Do you have a content calendar?
If not...
You're missing out.
Imagine waking up and you look at it and it says:
"Q&A" or "Common Myth"
It sparks f*cking 10 billion ideas I just want to write them all down.
Now I'm wondering what else I'm missing.

Are Cold DMs Dead?
I've seen this being said more and more, do cold DMs actually work and what does “dead” really mean?
Well, it usually means that it isn't something people see worth doing.
It being thrown around so much makes the world seem almost meaningless.
“COLD DMs ARE DEAD”
“THREADS ARE DEAD”
“EMAILS ARE DEAD”
Now the problem with calling something dead is you basically call everything about it useless.
Which is not true… here's why:
Things in business aren't just black and white, cold DMs can be easier on a platform where they are utilized only a little and harder to use where no one checks their DMs and everyone and their grandma sends them it always depends.
And on Twitter they are amazing… I mean 500 message limits a day, being able to send multiple messages to a single person.
That's a dream for people on IG or FB where you can send 25-50 per account, all you need to do is find a good one and run with that so no they aren’t dead.
It’s also vital you don’t refer to things as just DEAD or WORKING or you may completely shut off viable options that can help you in your journey.
Anyways if you were interested in unlocking your potential with Cold DMs (without spending all day sending them while getting a sh*t ton of leads) then reply “Cold” and ill send something over.
Cheers!

Want to get more work done?
1. Stop watching videos on the toilet.
2. Stop watching videos and working.
3. Stop eating and watching YouTube.

"Give away everything for free and the best prospects will ask to work with you"
The so called best prospects:
(See image)
The reality of giving everything away for free, is you create the expectation that you're going to... give everything away for free
Training your prospects to... demand everything for free
To the point where they send messages like this
It's your fault, and this behavior from your prospects will continue to occur if you tolerate it
Free is an important part of a lot of strategies
Hell, just last week I ran a 5 Day challenge... for free
But on Day 1 I said: "I'm here to sell you something"
Guess what happened when I went to sell something?
No one was surprised.
No one was angry
And we only had 1 person drop off out of 100+ in my 45 Minute long pitch
That's what happens when you're up front about selling
You create an environment of selling and buying
Stop "giving it all away for free" and start creating a BUYING audience
