In my opinion, he’s the PUPPET MASTER of the horse racing establishment. And I still question whether this guy knows the difference between a horse’s head and a horse’s ass!!!!! STOLL KEENON OGDEN. @NTRA??? Attorneys from STOLL KEENON OGDEN have handled its legal work. FIVE supposedly independent organizations, all connected to ONE LAW FIRM!!!!! And it gets even more ridiculous!!!!! Drew Fleming, CEO of Breeders’ Cup. Previous employer??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Shannon Arvin, CEO of Keeneland and chair of NTRA. Spent nearly TWO DECADES where??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Sarah Sloan Reeves, Keeneland’s new Chief Legal Officer. More than 15 years where??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Sam Reinhardt, HISA’s General Counsel. Previous employer??? STOLL KEENON OGDEN. Bill Thomason, former Keeneland CEO and current HISA board member, has also been publicly identified as BILL LEAR’S BROTHER-IN-LAW!!!!! HISA’s board includes Jockey Club members and former leadership of Keeneland and Breeders’ Cup. And let’s not forget that the Jockey Club, Breeders’ Cup and NTRA provided millions in loans to HISA. Some of those industry loans have been forgiven!!!!! DOES LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY ONLY HAVE ONE F$&KING LAW FIRM??? These organizations are NOT INDEPENDENT!!!!! THIS IS A MASSIVE CONFLICT OF INTEREST!!!!! IS THIS COLLUSION??? IS THIS MASSIVE CORRUPTION??? IS THIS PREMEDITATED??? IS THIS ENTIRE SYSTEM ARCHITECTED TO CONTROL AN INDUSTRY??? AND NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT THE REAL F$&KING TRAGEDY!!!!! For 30 years, horse racing has watched opportunities disappear while too much of its leadership has resisted meaningful change. I believe the industry’s failed leadership, lack of innovation and concentration of power may have cost horse racing BILLIONS AND BILLIONS AND BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN POTENTIAL GROWTH!!!!! And I’m not just talking about money!!!!! I’m talking about racetracks closing. Thousands of lost jobs. Breeders going out of business. Owners leaving the industry. Trainers struggling to survive. Small businesses shutting down. Families losing livelihoods. Entire communities losing an industry they depended on!!!!! THIRTY YEARS OF LOST OPPORTUNITY AND POTENTIALLY MULTI, MULTI, MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR ECONOMIC DAMAGE!!!!! I HAVE A LAWSUIT PREPARED!!!!! THE TIMING IS MINE!!!!! I know the people in horse racing are enjoying watching these questions finally get asked!!!!! AND THEY DESERVE ANSWERS!!!!! If litigation becomes necessary, discovery can bring contracts, correspondence, financial records, depositions and sworn testimony into the process!!!!! IT BELONGS TO THE OWNERS, BREEDERS, TRAINERS, JOCKEYS, HORSEPLAYERS, FANS AND THE THOUSANDS OF HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO DEPEND ON IT!!!!! I’M NOT LOOKING FOR A SETTLEMENT.
