October is domestic violence awareness month.
You work with victims.
You work with abusers.
You probably really like the abusers - they are great until behind closed doors...
I don’t know if I’m on the wrong side or the right side of Instagram when a really cool chair pops up and I’m like oh I want that and then I click and it’s $7800
I can’t wait to for IKEA to get a version of it.
My puppy chewed a hole in the corner of the blanket and my bedroom is covered in feathers & down.
I have a cold post a week in Vegas and traveling.
And… I just remembered there’s a delivery arriving between nine and 11
It’s a very Monday, Tuesday
Just a reminder if you’re having people work for free, you are not “creating jobs”
You’re getting work done for free and exploiting a bad market.
Job creation includes paying people for their work.
Replying to @ImSoSarah
I get that perspective but this business wouldn't exist and these jobs wouldn't be created if I wasn't doing it this way. I don't have capital to start the kind of old school operation you're talking about. This is bootstrapping and job creation - I'm not even taking a salary.
I started on this path after getting (literally) dozens of messages from folks who applied for our very limited paid internship program (2 openings and we got 500 applicants) asking if they could work for free just to get some experience.
There are way more people than jobs and you are sounding a little out of touch. If you still want to be a hater then go kick rocks while I'm creating opportunities for people in my community, I guess?
Every time I’m like you know what humans aren’t so bad… I come here to be corrected
Lots of humans are absolutely psycho
I recently discovered a whole set of 2000-2010 UK shows from old days and they are so bad they are good.
I hope they let everybody on the team just get up to do an at bat so they can say they got to play in the World Series. I mean, they could bring up people from the minor league too and probably do OK.
30% of airbnbs are owned by people who run 21 or more units.
76% of all airbnb's are owned my multi-home owning people.
Not "mom and pop"
In fact less than 1/4 are actually what was intended when it started.
i think i'm getting rid of chase sapphire card.
I had claude run an analysis of my last 12 months of spend and the devaluation has made it really not worth it anymore.
Which as as 10 year heavy advocate feels crazy to say.
In horrible behavior on Linkedin news...and no, i'm not hiding the name of a co-founder pushing this.
What an entitled, privileged take to afford jobs after graduation to only those who can *PAY TO WORK* - no shock from a NYU B-School grad
I haven’t been an Oregon resident for 18 years.
My parents just received a ballot for me.

Misleading and lying to people during campaigning ads in an overt way should be illegal.
The crazy thing about slow drip layoffs over the past 3 years is when a company like microsoft announces a 60k person reduction/buyout (about half of US employees or 1/3 global employees) we are not at shocked or concerned as we should be.
Just like the riots in europe...
The funniest part of the new @Airbnb rules is that you literally can't tell the difference between the "hosts" complaining about them and the satire posts making fun of how insane the hosts are complaining.

Every time I go in public, I realize more and more people have lost their minds
Anyway, my ice cream drawer is restocked.
At this point trying to de-escalate the situation because this completely uninvolved woman is losing her mind
Only to make her more angry
And I’m like I just wanna get my ice cream sandwiches and go home…
People are not mentally stable lately.
Have you ever wondered what happens after your miles left gas alert goes all the way down?
All the numbers go away and it just says refuel
This is an example of how politicians manipulate using very selective word choice
Businesses do not pay income tax and never have
They do pay business tax, employer, tax, sales tax, and all of the salaries they pay have income tax paid on them
