The Christian History and Hypocrisy of Sexual Insults Against Islam
muslimskeptic.com/2026/07/23…
In contrast to the Bible, nearly every single nation shown on this map is now either Muslim majority or was under Islamic rule for an extended period of time
Making a specific pre-prepared template in order to normalize women forbidding their husbands from doing what Allah has permitted is a distinct question from a madhab allowing it
Because what defines the fitrah and justice are decided by this man and the trends of the most anti-fitrah/anti-human ideological framework in history which is modernism

This is not unique to Imam Ghazali RH whatsoever, this is the mainstream classical view of sunni 'ulema. And the analogy of a wife to a captive is literally prophetic and used by the Salaf. Allahu Musta'an
Replying to @jaemeaur
He had a very transactional view of sex and women imo. Some would call it mysoginist lol. In the Ihya he says marriage is a form of slavery for the woman. He says: “Because she is like a captive in your hands, you must treat her with mercy, kindness, and extreme patience.”
Apparently even in 1950, christian girls were willing to dance with random men after one conversation.
Christians are never beating the dayooth allegations

A Critique of the Shi’ah Imamate Doctrine

A 19th century figure that, according to western travellers, clearly contradicts the overwhelming majority of historical sunni ulema in his view of gender mixing means that the past is a "different universe"

It is often claimed that major Ottoman scholars like Ebu Suud takfired the Twelver Shia during the wars between the Ottoman and Safavid empires.
But this claim is a misleading oversimplification.
The Safavid empire was ruled by the Qizilbash who embraced a form of Shiism that diverges in significant ways from Twelver Shiism.
For instance, the Qizilbash worshipped the first Safavid emperor Ismail I (1487-1524) as a god and prostrated to him.
Over time, the Qizilbash (like the Mongols, Ottomans, Mughals) progressively Islamicized and phased out their most heterodox views.
In his fatwas against the Safavids, Ebu Suud declares the Qizilbash to be kafirs, while also denying that they are actually Shia and rebuking them for worshipping the Safavid emperor.
Consider the following fatwa from Ebu Suud:
Question: Although the said group claims to be Shiʿis and declares, “There is no God but Allah,” what acts of theirs require this [denigration as unbelievers]? Please explain clearly and in detail.
Answer: They are not Shiʿis and do not belong to any of “the seventy-three sects, all of which will go to Hell, except the Sunni sect (ehl-i sunnet)” as the Exalted Messenger, peace and prayer be upon him, said. They created a new sect of unbelief and deviance by taking an amount of wickedness and immorality from each sect and adding it to the unbelief and innovation of their own choice. They keep increasing [their unbelief and innovation] day by day.
The detailed judgment, according to noble shariʿa, on the crimes that they have been perpetrating is as follows: These outrageous people became unbelievers as they scorned the Holy Qurʾan, the noble shariʿa, and the religion of Islam, disdained and killed scholars on account of their knowledge, [and] considered their immoral cursed leader god and prostrated before him.
[They] considered permissible many religiously forbidden acts whose prohibition has been established by definite scriptural sources, and cursed Abu Bakr and ʿUmar (the first two caliphs after Muhammad’s death), may God be satisfied with them.
In addition, they became unbelievers because they denied the Holy Qurʾan by defaming Aʿisha the trustworthy (Prophet’s wife), may God be pleased with her, who was exonerated by the revelation of several verses [in the Qurʾan]. By doing so, they also cursed the Prophet (hazret-i risalet-penah) and blemished his saintly personality. According to the consensus of a multitude of scholars from different times and places, killing them is permissible (mubah); those who doubt their unbelief become unbelievers.

Daniel: "Who is the infallible Imam we have to follow today? This was my thought process that led me to be Sunni."

Or, the much simpler explanation, there were just far fewer African slaves taken by the Arab/Muslim slave trade than presented by western sources. Also, most of the slaves were women anyways, not castrated men.
The Arab slave trade trafficked over 20 million Africans into the Middle East.
But today, there are hardly any Black populations in some of those countries.
And it is not because they returned home.
No. The reason is far darker than you imagine.
The first thing Arabs did when they captured enslaved African men was castrate them.
Their testicles were crushed between rocks.
Sometimes the penis was cut as well.
Thousands died from the procedure.
This ensured that these men could never father children with enslaved women.
It also meant they could never have children with their own women.
They were stripped of their ability to reproduce, denied the chance to build families, and worked to death.

He was by far the greatest Saudi king, which is why the US assasinated him.
The late Saudi King Faisal bin Abdulaziz: We pledge to God and to you that we will not interfere in Yemen’s affairs—neither in small matters nor in large ones, nor by favoring one party over another. Instead, we leave to them the freedom to determine their own destiny and to decide upon the system, form of government, or state they desire, entirely of their own volition and without interference from us or anyone else. Should we ever break this pledge or renege on it, let you be the judges who declare us criminals.
Therefore, I can say that the Al Saud are criminals.

It's so obvious from questions like this that the person asking this is deeply influenced by liberal moral presumptions. The Qur'an is extremely clear that disbelievers will not enter Jannah, this is not a matter of dispute. Address liberal ideology directly.

The Roman Catechism (1566) called just executions obedience to divine law, whereas the revised Catechism (2018) calls capital punishment an attack on human dignity.
What unchanged moral principle makes both judgments true, and distinguishes doctrinal development from reversal?
The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty
