Regardless of where this accident happened?? This is a serious pandemic we are having in this country, as the commissioner states a combination of speed, alcohol and negligence is a serious contribution to this accidents and we as drivers really need to assess and resolve this😕

The boy child has to do better. This is embarrassing and disheartening.
You are at church ⛪️ celebrating your friend’s or family member’s wedding, but you can’t even wait to leave the church premises before standing outside drinking alcohol?
Not even a few hours of discipline. Not even enough respect for the place, the occasion, or the people getting married.
And then we wonder what is wrong with the boy child.
Self-control is becoming a lost virtue. We cannot keep calling reckless behaviour “just boys being boys.”
Do better. Have some dignity. Have some discipline.
