Well- not... Just that. More like a trigger. The gun, I believe, works because a persona will try to protect the user from perceived danger. You don't have to fight! But, before, we fought shadows in another world...

A new figure to research, then! I wonder what this will tell me... I-I will explain them in full for you! A persona is... Like a manifestation of yourself. You can use it for battle, and you summon it by crushing a tarot card or, in your case, using a source of extreme emotion.
