How did OpenAI lose such a big lead? They were the first company to go to market with ChatGPT. Models like Sol 5.6 were strong with near infinite resets. Dots were hyped to the moon and had insane early adoption. Now Anthropic dominates the models race with Opus 5.5 Grok bot and Duet make Dot irrelevant. OpenAI’s is trying to make a comeback with infinite resets and $500 subscriptions but it doesn’t seem like enough.

Early access to Anthropic new Duet is rolling out now with a banked reset. Nobody is doing usage better than Claude. I expect Duet to be the best bot product on the market. Having Opus 5.5 as an engine is an advantage that no other lab can compete with. I use grok bot but Duet might have to be my new daily driver

Fable 5.5 is coming. Claude just dropped a new API version with the quote "so you can handle breaking changes before a new model requires them." The new model has to be Fable 5.5 Tomorrow could be the day. I’m fully configuring the dev dungeon in preparation for release. The long wait might finally be over.

Anthropic is reportedly signing a multiyear cloud deal with IREN. Claude keeps dumping usage on the market and deals like this is how it is possible. While OpenAI is having capacity errors daily, Anthropic is providing the best usage limits of any lab by far. Why doesn’t OpenAI just buy more compute?

Anthropic just launched its grok bot competitor and it’s called Claude Duet. We all know Anthropic missed a huge opportunity to call it ants. Muse, Dot and Grok bot should all be on high alert. Duet runs on the best model on earth Opus 5.5 I’m locked in the dev dungeon and will begin testing immediately. We now know what those crates of Pappy Van Winkle are for.

It looks like Fable 5.5 will have to wait until tomorrow. My team is hearing rumors that crates of Louis XIII, Clase Azul Ultra and Pappy Van Winkle are in transit for wine Wednesday. There have been no large orders today on our Michelin star restaurant tracker. Anthropic engineers will be working late today but not for Fable 5.5 support.

Claude security is now available on my enterprise plan. You connect it once to your repo and it proactively scans new PRs. Fable and Opus will make sure hackers are kept out. Anthropic just can’t stop winning when it comes to enterprise. Now we just need Fable 5.5 on our personal accounts.

OpenAI has struck a major deal with Google. Frontier models from codex including Sol 6.1 and Astra 6 will now be available in Antigravity. There are even rumors that a new $500 ultra subscription will be available in Gemini. Why pay $200 for a near unlimited Claude sub when you can pay $500 to Google and OpenAI. OpenAI is so back!

My team is back to monitoring the Fable 5.5 release. Our proprietary Michelin star catering tracker is up and running. Wednesdays are typically reserved for Haiku models but Anthropic staff is available for support. If the Claude engineers decide to release Fable it should be Tues-Thurs from 9am-12pm during the normal work week. We will know by lunchtime if Fable 5.5 is being released.

Claude and Grok should form a partnership. Anthropic is dominating the race for elite models with Opus 5.5 SpaceX is going to win the physical infrastructure race. Everyone wants grok bot to run on Opus 5.5 SpaceX + Anthropic would make it hard for any of the other labs to compete.

SpaceX and Elon are going to win the race for super intelligence. Elon expects his engineers to produce more power and cooling infrastructure that Meta, Google, Anthropic and OpenAI combined. SpaceX will be surprised if they bring on less than 13GW of compute by the end of next year. Elon further states that it is possible that his team hits 20GW by next year. The only piece missing is a competitor to Opus 5.5 and Fable 5.5

Anthropic's draft S-1 just leaked via WSJ. $16.3B revenue in the first half of 2026, up from $1.1B a year ago. Claude has the fastest growing revenue in business history. This is all before the release of Fable 5.5 not to mention the 6th generation of models. I expect we see the IPO in November or December at the latest.

Fable 5.5 release is not looking likely today. We should see an armada of catering vans in front of Anthropic HQ by now. Either Claude engineers are going hungry(not likely) or they are about to clock out for the day. It looks like Dario wants to wait for OpenAI to drop Terra so he can mog with Fable 5.5

We will know if Fable 5.5 is coming the in next two hours. We currently have no confirmed large orders from the Michelin star restaurants in SF. Anthropic engineers cannot function without elite cuisine. The menu from the Claude team’s Fable 5 launch included Half Moon Bay sea urchin, aerated kombu, a single tear of Meyer lemon. My team is working tirelessly monitoring the cuisine logistics ahead of today’s potential launch.

Our intel gathering network is being inundated with Fable 5.5 reports. I have never seen a Claude model hyped this hard. Previous Anthropic releases for Sonnet or Opus did not come close. I don’t think it’s an understatement to say Fable 5.5 is the most anticipated model release of all time.

It’s 6:30am in San Francisco and all signs are pointing to a Fable 5.5 release. First we saw Anthropic engineers called into the office yesterday negating their usual 5 day weekend. Now we are hearing rumors that engineers are expected to work a full 9am-3pm shift rather than their typical 9am-12pm. It’s red alert mode for Claude right now and something big is about to happen.

Fable 5.5 is so close I can smell it. My team is tracking food delivery services to the Anthropic San Francisco office. If Michelin star restaurants are catering, we know engineers are having lunch at their desk to support a Fable 5.5 launch. We should know within the next few hours if today is the day we finally get Fable 5.5 I’m fully locked in the dev dungeon and ready to rip Fable 5.5

Tibo just announced another Codex reset. It’s starting to feel like the 28 days of shipping are just an excuse to give us resets. What is odd is that I still see capacity errors for Sol 6.1 and Astra 6. There is no way these resets are helping keep the OpenAI servers from melting.

Sam Altman reportedly told his employees there are 3 possible endgames for safe AI. One of them is wiping out a competitors GPUs. OpenAI please don’t come after my Claude 😭 I promise I will start being nicer and will use Codex more. This is being reported by the Information a Silicon Valley based outlet.

OpenAI is trying to raise $30B at a $1.4T valuation before Anthropic's IPO. Apparently OpenAI wants to raise capital before Anthropic sucks it all out of the market. I will definitely be buying the Anthropic IPO. I don’t think I would buy the private offering from OpenAI. Which of these companies would you buy?
