The Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust has officially sent a Formal Rejection Letter to the AU Sixth Region USA Foundation for its unauthorized use of Freedmen identity and jurisdictional claims on behalf of descendants of U.S. chattel slavery.
Just like the African Union headquarters, this foundation is misrepresenting its authority over our peopleโand raising money in our name. This is unacceptable.
We are giving them the opportunity to respond and comply.
If they do not remove the content and cease these claims, legal takedown actions will begin against specific web pagesโand the site itself if necessary.
We are protecting Freedmen identity, reparative standing, and cultural governance at every level.
