⚠️🚨🇮🇳 Few people know India actually operates its own HAARP-type facility.
Most are not even aware it exists.
India indeed does have a HAARP-like installation. It is known as the National MST Radar Facility (NARL), located at Gadanki near Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Coordinates: 13° 27' 26.68" N, 79° 10' 30.74" E.
The site operates an advanced MST - Mesosphere Stratosphere Troposphere - radar.
While officially meant for atmospheric and ionospheric research, it is believed to be the HAARP equivalent, with similar capabilities that are being used for weather modification.
