Unfortunately I've had to discontinue my old account for personal reasons, but I feel increasingly the need to have my voice counted in the chorus against fascism and extremism. This is my new account intended to allow me to do so.

No point in doing one and not the other.
My former party, from top to bottom, has allowed itself to become a life support system for a monster.
Maybe there are a few isolated examples at the local level here and there where there is a dog catcher who is competent, honorable, good with the dogs and doesn't deserve to lose his/her job, but by and large the entire party has rallied behind this human obscenity some refer to as a president.
And that's unconscionable on their part.
It's a failure of service and duty.
It's an abandonment of responsible citizenship.
It's totally unacceptable.
Today they get their performance review in the way of a pink slip.
Your services are no longer needed now make yourself scarce for all eternity.
If there's an R next to the name throw the bum out and let them think about what they've done until hell freezes over.

Whenever anyone is like "Why shouldn't we form a common cause with Tucker Carlson?" I just feel compelled to mention that one of his current hobby horses is that the wrong side won World War II.

I thought they would after he lost the 2020 election and then tried to get them killed.
Somehow, they couldn't muster the courage or principle to back his impeachment even on his way out.
