Proud to present you my SLR on SP in public orgs with @GeorgeBert. Reviewing 75 articles, it offers a research agenda & theoretical framework which helps us understand how SP is conducted in public orgs & why it may (not) have worked in certain contexts tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.…

reminiscing about a great dep't trip earlier this week. Explored Ghent in a fun way in the morning and got to explore our creative genius in the afternoon with a sip&paint. Great day, fun team-building (we've got some artists amongst us!). 🤩🖼️🎨

On #PeaceDay, we remember the legacy of two EU pioneers, Helmut Kohl and François Mitterrand, who almost 40 years ago held hands before the tragedy of history. They dreamt of a future of unity and peace. Their vision continues to inspire us. #EUArchives #OnThisDay
