Lugha yetu ni maendeleo. Surface dressing (chip seal) on the upgrade to bitumen standard of Kosoki-Mawe Tatu road.
Delighted with the workmanship on the completed 8 number classrooms storey building at Ivugwi Secondary School, funded by Likuyani NG-CDF.
This is part of my model school program, aimed at creating a safer and more functional learning environment for quality education.
Construction of the Likuyani Law Court is now complete. We have also done facelift of the Likuyani Chief's office and installed solarised 10,000 litres water tank, funded by Likuyani @NGCDF_Kenya .
I remain committed to bringing government services closer to Likuyani constituents, as well as provision of sufficient clean water in government institutions and the surrounding community.
Delivering my promise to Likuyani constituents through strategic partnerships.
Pleased with the progress on the Mumonyonzo eco-tourism upgrade project, through partnership with the @TourismFund and @Kakamega_037 .
The project includes; construction of a communal eatery, Modern Conference center and safety guardrails along the dam, aimed at boosting tourism at the site, hence fostering local economic growth and building community capacity for sustainable development.
Assessed the progress on the Matunda Affordable Housing Project, funded by the national government under the @HousingUrbanKE.
This project will deliver 205 units (a balanced mix of social and affordable housing), not only catering for dignified housing needs but also creating construction job opportunities with over 100 workers currently engaged on the site.
The upgrade of Nzoia dispensary to a Modern Health Centre, funded by @SafaricomPLC through @MPESA_FDN , is near completion.
This project, a result of my strategic partnership with other development partners, will provide quality maternal and child healthcare by offering safe and accessible delivery services, significantly reducing maternal and infant mortality rates.
I joined other Broad-based leaders under the leadership of H.E President @WilliamsRuto at Eldoret City as we presented our transformative agenda to Uasin Gishu residents.
Usawa Ni Sawa-Mbele Pamoja!
The late Francis Wasakha Munji, fondly known as Mkulima, was a hardworking farmer and a dedicated educationist whose commitment to education was reflected in how he educated and nurtured his children.
I joined family, friends and mourners in Otiende community area, Likuyani Ward, to bid him a final farewell.
We pray that God grants the family strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
Ongoing works; murraming and surface dressing (chip seal) on the upgrade to bitumen standard of Kosoki-Mawe Tatu road is a significant step toward improving and expanding Likuyani constituency road network.
I remain steadfast in lobbying for key road infrastructure, a catalyst to socio-economic development through enhanced transportation of farm produce to markets, movement of people and opening up the constituency to investments.
We have handed over the Matunda–Kona Mbaya–Brigadier Road to the contractor, marking a major milestone towards its tarmacking.
We sincerely thank H.E. President Dr. @WilliamsRuto for his intervention in unlocking this long-awaited project.
Once completed, the road will enhance connectivity, ease the movement of people and goods, and stimulate socio-economic activities in our constituency.
Today, I presided over the groundbreaking ceremony for the modern tuition block and laboratory complex at St. Anne’s Nzoia Girls Secondary School, fulfilling the commitment made by H.E. President Dr. William Ruto during his visit to our constituency.
Upon completion, the project will deliver 12 classrooms and 2 laboratories, significantly enhancing the school’s learning infrastructure and providing a conducive environment for academic excellence.
Hayawi hayawi huwa, Leo tunaleta mwanakandarasi, asante sana Rais @WilliamsRuto.
Delighted with the progress (now on roofing), on the Likuyani ESP market, a project funded by the national government under the State Department for Housing and Urban Development.
Once complete, this project will foster agribusiness, economic growth, and sustainable development through improved market access.
