I’ve been a frequent, like almost every week, flier for the last 8 years. I’ve dealt with the summer storms on the east coast for years. Today was the single worst travel day. @JetBlue YOU MUST DO BETTER. Today, simply put, was a shit show of epic proportions.
I just don’t understand how @JetBlue (or any airline for that matter) can’t figure out how to reconfigure seating when there’s a plane swap to a much bigger plane. Either leave everything the same or surprise and delight your best customers with better seats not worse.

@robertkraft0 @NERevolution I’ve been a season ticket holder for six years and this will most likely be my last. While I appreciate you finally spending $$$ on players, you need to put some investment into a soccer only grass stadium. Take a cue from LAFC, DCU, and others.
@JetBlue why are you running old crappy planes on your longest routes? No power. Old uncomfortable seats. Entertainment systems that don’t work. Making me rethink why I go all in on Mosaic.
@JetBlue and after being delayed for hours my cross country flight has very little food for purchase…not sure what’s going on but you need to get your act together. No excuse for a 6 hour flight to not get catering.
