$15B+ in tokenized US Treasuries, sorted by chain. Ethereum still leads, but Stellar 🐘, Solana 🐘 and Avalanche 🐘 are all carving out serious share. The treasury market is going onchain and our members are right in the thick of it.

For the FIRST time in history, $ETH is now on track for 3 red quarters in a row. RIP altcoin holders.

gm RWAers. The hot topic so far is tokenized stocks. Tokenized stocks come in various models (CEX version). > the token is the stock > the token is a wrapper backed by an underlying stock - this is the model on many centralized exchanges like @krakenfx, @Bybit_Official, and @Gate (all tokenized stocks on these platforms are issued by @xStocksFi) > tokenized stocks by @binance is in-house, meaning that you tokenize the underlying yourself on the @BNBCHAIN. The infographic below explains it better.

Most people still think the future of digital money = stablecoins. That’s incomplete. The bigger transformation is happening quietly inside the banking system. While stablecoins dominate headlines, tokenized bank deposits are already moving trillions of dollars annually through financial institutions. Why does this matter? Because we are likely moving toward a 3-layer on-chain monetary system, not a winner-takes-all model. 1. Stablecoins → “Money in Motion” Optimized for speed, programmability, and global accessibility. They work well for: • cross-border transfers • remittances • payments in underbanked regions • crypto-native settlement But stablecoins have limits: • concentrated issuance (mostly USD) • regulatory pressure • limited institutional adoption • banks lose deposits when customers move capital into third-party issuers That last point is important. When someone converts bank deposits into a stablecoin, banks lose part of their funding base and, more importantly, the customer relationship. 2. Tokenized Bank Deposits → “Money at Rest” This is the underappreciated story. Instead of replacing bank money, banks are tokenizing their existing deposits on blockchain rails. Same regulated deposit. Same balance sheet. Different infrastructure. This gives banks: • faster settlement • programmable money • atomic transactions • lower reconciliation costs • 24/7 transfer capabilities Without giving up deposits to external stablecoin issuers. This is why major institutions are investing heavily here. JPMorgan, Citi, BNY and others are already running pilots or live systems. Some estimates suggest tokenized deposits already facilitate $4T+ annually, massively larger than stablecoin payment activity. 3. CBDCs / Tokenized Central Bank Money → “Settlement Money” Still early. But this layer matters because it solves something stablecoins and commercial bank deposits cannot: final settlement without counterparty risk. Banks can move value between themselves, but true global interoperability ultimately requires a neutral settlement asset backed by central banks. That’s where wholesale CBDCs could fit. The key insight: The future is probably coexistence, not replacement. Stablecoins for movement. Tokenized deposits for institutional liquidity. CBDCs for final settlement. This mirrors how the financial system already works today — just rebuilt on blockchain infrastructure. The real disruption isn’t “banks vs crypto.” It’s the gradual migration of the monetary system itself on-chain.

After months of debating, Inside the Blocks will no longer be tracking daily news. We have a huge archive that was never fully released. Currently, it makes almost no sense to publically release such archives. Why? Simply, too many ecosystems, too many projects, over-saturated.

The mistake is treating @cosmos SDK adoption and $ATOM value capture as the same thing. Corporate chains are not going to YOLO onto the Hub. They want their own chain, their own rules, their own permissions, their own legal comfort. That is where Cosmos SDK shines. Ethereum is now wrestling with what Cosmos already lived through: valuable activity can happen around the base asset without paying the base asset enough. Stack adoption can be real AND Hub / $ATOM value capture can still be missing. The Hub does not get to tax sovereign chains. It has to earn the flow. 🫡
Reading replies to the comparison one thing really distinguishes $ETH from $ATOM: Ethereum has very strong community and believers and this matters the most in this memetic industry. The worst is apathy: when one criticizes an asset and no one cares. Ethereum is not here. The main counter-arguments mentioned in the comments: - ETH dominates DeFi TVL, RWAs, L2 capital. ATOM never had that scale. - ETH is gas, collateral, staking, treasury, ETF asset. ATOM was just staking + governance. - BlackRock, Robinhood, Wall Street back ETH. Cosmos never escaped crypto native ppl. - L2s exist because of demand overflow, and L1 still gets value back through blobs and security. - ETH has Lindy and the largest dev mindshare. All fair points about Ethereum as a platform. Taxing L2s, increasing txs to the L1 would flip $ETH narrative quickly. Tbh I still hold some ETH and want it to succeed. The future dominated by corpo slop chains isn't what excites me.

The chains building toward real-world asset use cases are already on Cosmos. - Injective has become one of the largest venues for on-chain stocks and is bringing the $200b music IP industry on-chain with Musicow. - Figure went public in September 2025 and now holds more than $15.3B in tokenized assets on Provenance, becoming the prime RWA ledger. - Polygon Payments, Cronos, Lombard, and Stable are adding tokenized rails and innovating on payments with tokenized assets and stablecoins.
Big news for the Cosmos Hub community and the ecosystem ⚛️ Cosmos Labs is acquiring @mintscanio. Select team members are joining the Ecosystem team to accelerate the Cosmos Hub roadmap and steward the infrastructure the ecosystem runs on, including Skip:Go, IBC Eureka, and Mintscan.

No way! 🤣
There we have it. LUNC (formally LUNA) has just dropped a zero and entered back into the Top 100 coins by market cap. This is exactly the kind of thing that the Cosmos ecosystem should be using to bring interest back. Where is the talk about Osmosis being the best place to trade? Where is the talk about IBC, and how easy it is to move the tokens cross chain? Where are the LUNC / LUNA LPs on Liquidity Alliance or Creda? Strike while the iron's hot!

RWA growth continues to exceed my expectations we can break it down in 3 charts to see the growth, which categories and which products/issuers are winning most. The things that standout most to me: the headline: tokenized RWAs added $15B+ YoY. Up 161%. Nothing to scoff at. The biggest surprise (to me) is how big onchain gold has become. Second largest growth category on an absolute basis (+$4.1B YoY) and the fastest growing on a percentage basis (+293%). Both Tether and Paxos each added nearly $2B to their tokenized gold products over the past year. Also impressed to see how quickly Circle scaled their onchain Treasuries product
