If the Brewers win tonight and end the World Series:
- MLB teams are allowed to make trades again beginning tomorrow
- Team/Player option decisions must be made by Sunday
- Teams have until Sunday to decide on qualifying offers
- Teams are allowed to negotiate with and sign their own players only from Wednesday to Sunday
- Free Agents will be eligible to negotiate/sign with any team beginning Sunday evening
Could be some action starting early this year with the lockout coming in just over a month

Trailing 3-2 in the series and down 5-0 in Game 6, the Halos would rally for 6 runs across 2 innings, going on to win the game 6-5! 😮
They also went on to win Game 7 to win their first World Series in franchise history.

John Mozeliak could still play a role in hiring the next GM.
"That is still to be determined, but I imagine I will help," he said.
Regardless, it's clear that KSE is starting the process of making significant changes to the Angels.
Interim GM John Mozeliak said he won't be the full-time GM in 2027 and that the process for finding the new GM is still in the early stages, as @JeffFletcherOCR reported. He also said his plan is to honor his contract and step aside when the new leadership is in place.

John Mozeliak said that the Angels will be hiring a full-time GM for the 2027 season. It won't be him.
He said that process is still in its early stages. They haven't interviewed anyone yet.
Mozeliak said the new manager would be hired after the GM.

I’ve already seen a lot of people tying Albert Pujols to the Angels managerial job, but I have a hard time seeing that.
KSE already let go the manager Mozeliak said he wanted, so I don’t think someone’s jumping up the candidate list because they have ties with Mo.
