Investors are making a mistake dumping $NVDA, $MU and $STX in this massive sell-off triggered by $GOOGL and $INTC earnings.
Think twice.
Google's sell-off may reflect a much bigger shift: AI assistants like ChatGPT are taking users away from traditional search, threatening the old search advertising business model.
But think about what that actually means.
AI isn't killing technology demand. It's shifting demand toward AI infrastructure.
More AI adoption means more inference, more computing power, more memory and more data storage.
That's bullish for NVIDIA GPUs, Micron memory and Seagate HDDs.
Don't confuse the disruption of traditional search and advertising with weakness in AI infrastructure. The AI revolution is creating a new generation of winners.
Don't panic-sell the infrastructure powering the future.

1/10 — Iran Conflict, Midterms & the Stock Market
Three major forces could shape the U.S. stock market heading into 2027:
Escalating U.S.-Iran tensions
The upcoming U.S. midterm elections
Uncertainty surrounding fiscal policy and AI infrastructure
Here's what investors should watch. 🧵
9/10 — AI Data Centers Could Become a Political Battleground
Data center development is becoming an increasingly important election issue.
Permitting restrictions, electricity infrastructure, land use, and local opposition could affect the pace of AI infrastructure expansion.
For investors, this matters across semiconductors, cloud computing, utilities, power generation, and data center construction.
10/10 — Three Catalysts to Watch
The next few weeks could be important for financial markets:
Whether the U.S. and Iran reach a diplomatic agreement.
Whether Democrats take control of the House and potentially the Senate.
Whether historical post-midterm market strength continues.
The biggest near-term catalyst may be an Iran agreement. A breakthrough could reduce energy market risk and change investor expectations heading into 2027.
More than 75% chance of a deal between U.S and Iran happening soon next week, stock market will rise .
That's my guess.

Why Insiders Are Buying $BORR
Recent news has been quietly bullish:
✅ ENI exercised a 9-month option on the Bestla rig, extending the contract into Sep 2027, with another extension option remaining
✅ Idun secured a new Vietnam drilling campaign that begins immediately after its current contract, reducing idle time
✅ Odin started generating revenue on Sept 11 after completing mobilization offshore Texas
✅ BORR simplified its Mexico structure while retaining ownership of the rigs and exposure to contract economics
✅ BORR added roughly $541M of new backlog from 21 contract awards during 2026
Now look at insider activity:
• CEO Bruno Morand de Oliveira bought 45,500 shares (~$200K) around $4.40/share
• Director Tor Olav Troim bought 150,000 shares (~$657K) around $4.38/share
Insiders are buying while:
• Backlog is growing
• Rig utilization remains strong
• New contracts are being secured
• Previously idle rigs are returning to revenue generation
• Debt maturities have been pushed further out through refinancing
At ~$4.45/share, BORR appears reasonably undervalued to fairly valued, not deeply discounted.
Bull Case ($6-$8/share):
• Backlog keeps expanding
• Jack-up dayrates remain firm
• EBITDA recovers toward $450M-$500M+
• Debt concerns gradually fade
Base Case ($5.50-$7/share):
• Stable utilization
• Healthy contract renewals
• Gradual deleveraging
• Shares rerate closer to peer valuations
Bear Case ($3-$4/share):
• Oil prices weaken
• Dayrates decline
• Utilization softens
• Leverage becomes the primary investor concern
Technically, $BORR is holding above a rising long-term moving average and appears to be building a multi-month base. A breakout above $4.7-$5.0 could put the previous $6+ highs back in play.
The key risk remains debt.
The opportunity is a combination of growing backlog, improving utilization, contract momentum, and multiple insider purchases near current prices.
My take: when management is buying stock while contracts, backlog, and revenue-generating rigs are all moving in the right direction, I pay attention.
