Being a CSK fan these days seems like a mistake.
So many distractions. So many fanfights. So many player abuses.
Its a chaotic fanbase these days, to say the least.
Andre has passed this test with FLYING colors.
A knock of high calibre, perseverance and control of emotions.
Top class Andre. Take a bow. Scorecard will read 50+ but its worth a 100.
Another win for TN. 2/3. Very good bounce back after the Rajasthan game.
Concept of usage of feet against spin is absolutely dead it looks like.
Some shocking batting on display post Inder's dismissal.
Andre playing well. But others are just falling like shit.
Big test for Andre. If he wants to be lead TN batter, these are the sort of days where he needs to make it count. Inder will be there of course. But this is Andre's chance to guide it.
Amazing 👏👍

As a Man United fan who has experienced many transfer dopamines without any performance on the pitch, these trade news are not making me excited anymore, at all, whatsoever.
Bring me the performances. I will always support the right moves. But excitement has been sacked out 👍
This is sickening on all levels. They're throwing a club legend under the bus.
Never seen before incompetence, never seen before kanjoos.

🚨 Michael Carrick will be given chance to turn results around.
Carrick is taking training at Carrington, staff + players preparing #MUFC for Saturday trip to Chelsea.
More @TheAthleticFC soon.
India have bowled their best in my recent memory, in this tour and their figures are largely bloated by 1 or 2 bad overs, which also needs to be cut down but it is way better than what we saw couple of weeks back against WI.
Bhuvi has helped too. People wont like to hear it.
There has been considerable discussion about Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s effectiveness so far. But when the opposition scores 200 in 13 overs in home conditions, we need to spare a thought for Bhuvi and the rest of the Indian bowling attack. On pitches such as these, 40-45 runs would ordinarily be considered par for a bowler. Across the three matches, the Indians have managed to keep the targets within reach of the formidable batting line-up they now possess.
Passing judgement on Bhuvi’s performances on these pitches would be premature. When New Zealand’s bowlers are conceding runs at more than 14 an over, some concessions must be made for the Indian bowling unit as well. The conditions and the extraordinary hitting on display have made life difficult for both attacks.
I can only say one word to describe all the batters we have at our disposal in T20Is:
INSANE.
The thing with these guys is that, they're incredibly consistent at this, too.
This is a generational T20 unit.
An outstanding series win to begin the tour. What a win 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Zak - Head coach
Albie, Batty and Sriram - Asst coaches
Mohit - Bowling coach
Foster - Fielding coach
This is what has been announced. What I would want is one more batting oriented coach, possibly in the modern T20 mould.
These appointments are good. Hope it works for us.
Interestingly, no profiles attached to CSK's appointments.
Its just welcoming them to the unit thats it.
A technically and tactically good coach will thrive in any format.
Gareth Batty built his name in county cricket, not T20 franchise cricket.
Three straight County Championship titles at Surrey. Pope, Jacks, Atkinson and Jamie Smith all got Test call-ups under him.
The link that matters for CSK looks personal. Batty and Zaheer Khan played together at Worcestershire.
That makes it a trust hire, replacing Michael Hussey, an IPL batting specialist, with a coach whose biggest wins came with red-ball players.
CSK are betting a friendship and a county record both travel to T20 under pressure.
