I spent months building my place in Web3. Then, in a moment, I lost access to the account where much of that work lived. It made me confront a question I hadn't thought about deeply enough: how much do we really own when so much of what we build depends on platforms we don't control? I've spent time creating content, contributing to communities and building relationships. Those experiences are part of my journey, but losing access reminded me that our digital identity and the work behind it can remain vulnerable.
