The Together We Rise plan for the Las Vegas Trail Neighborhood is complete! We worked with community members, @RiseLvt, @CityofFortWorth, and other committed partners in Fort Worth to complete a Neighborhood Transformation Plan for LVT.

We got to visit Cramer Hill Waterfront Park in Camden, NJ, a new 62-acre park built on the former Harrison Ave Landfill. Residents had been advocating for years to clean the site up, and we were fortunate enough to work with them over 10yrs ago on the Cramer Hill Now! Plan.

In Detroit, we created Plan Packs with information, a survey, and coloring pages that our community partners delivered door-to-door, and survey drop boxes to get back the completed surveys. 5/

In MidTown Cleveland, we designed our engagement strategy as a digital and socially-distanced experience with a pop up, virtual focus groups, a community survey, a digital collaborative map, and two well-attended public events online. 4/

When outdoor public spaces became even more important for socializing-while-distant, changing up our environments, and getting active, we created a guide of ways to play safe during COVID-19, illustrated by Maria. 3/

Our Design Downtown STL Plan has been adopted! With a focus on inclusive entrepreneurship, green space, and safer streets, all through the lens of COVID-19 recovery, the Plan will be a roadmap to creating a better Downtown St. Louis for years to come. 1/2

Two overarching themes shaping the plan are inclusive entrepreneurship + COVID-19 recovery. In order for Downtown to recover from pandemic econ. conditions, public and private investment will have to come together to use creative, equitable solutions for increased opportunity. 3/
