I always tell my juniors one simple hack to dealing with every law enforcement agency is to be cordial and respectful from your first interaction. So from the lower officers at the gate, to the oga at the top, I greet everyone with a smile and respectfully.
Even if the person was angry before, that simple act always softens their approach both men and women.
But my gender will start by being rude to the gate officers because they are lower rank, or get in and start shouting when it’s not by shouting.

My friend’s both dads work at Polymarket and Binance. They were both urgently called into meetings today.
They came home late and wouldn’t explain anything. Just told us to sell all tech stocks and open short positions, pack our bags, and stock up on two weeks’ worth of food.
We’re now driving somewhere far outside the city.
