Yeah I think your product is probably on better ground legally as you're building the heads yourself - maybe still some issues around image rights etc but they're really poorly protected in the UK so 😂😂

I hate to be that guy, but technically they're all derivative works and whoever owns your source material owns the copyright (which feels like in this case it's konami, EA and SI)
