Very tragic and this makes Spanish trains one of the most dangerous modes of transport now

Al hilo de una conversación con el tipazo @joantubau me he puesto a reflexionar y a hacer unos números rápidos. Cuando yo tenía 27 años (hace ya un ratito…) ganaba 24.000€, lo mismo que gana mi hijo de 27 años ahora, más o menos. Mismo sueldo 27 años más tarde. Y di la entrada para mi primer piso que era una monada y en un buen barrio de Pamplona y me costó 114.000€. Es decir, 4,75 años de salario. Acabo de ver en @idealista que se vende uno en el mismo edificio y el precio por metro cuadrado se ha triplicado casi. Es decir mi piso valdría hoy unos 310.000. A mi hijo le costaría 13 años de su salario. El que niegue el problema está ciego de remate.

Destacar lo de razonable porque las valoraciones que a día de hoy se sustentan con un Yield del 6% alquilando por habitaciones… ejem.

BREAKING: The US and Iran are closing in on a deal that would extend their ceasefire by 60 days and lay the framework for discussions on Iran's nuclear program, mediators say.
Details include:
1. This would include a "gradual reopening" of the Strait of Hormuz
2. It would also include a commitment to discussing the "diluting or handing over" of Iran's highly enrich uranium
3. The US would ease its blockade of the Strait of Hormuz and agree to sanctions relief
4. The US would also begin a phased unfreezing of Iran's assets
Both sides are nearing a "memorandum of understanding" to extend a ceasefire.
