Yup, proper!
I hate the fascist scum!
I witnessed guys with the exact same life as me (Ukrainian software devs), not believe Putler would invade, weeks later they had willingly joined the army. Could be dead or in a trench now.
That is what Russia does to normal guys

Miggeldy may believe that but he's wrong - or improperly briefed.
We cannot ratify a treaty to join a military alliance or join a "European Army" without a Referendum to amend the Constitution, and that's where any attempt would die.

The waters off Ireland's west coast continue to be the highway for sanctioned tankers. A false alarm involving the MYRA took place during the recent storm. In a real scenario Ireland will have to rely on others for support (Oil spill response, emergency towing).

🚨 The English Channel is emptying !
The RORA (IMO 9288722), 21 years old, which departed from Ust Luga, is heading for Singapore. Instead of going through the Channel, it is circumnavigating the British Isles. A longer route... but above all, a more polluting one !
This tanker has a checkered history. In just three and a half years: 5 ISM managers. In less than nine months: 3 registered owners. Since its construction: 9 flags, 4 names, and sanctions in 7 jurisdictions !
Sanctioned vessels seem to prefer polluting...

These are "poor conscripted russian kids" Elon Musk told you to be empathetic towards by the way 🙂👍
P. S. Friendly reminder that the absolute majority of russian invaders are not conscripts, they are contractors for pay.

🇺🇸🇷🇺 Trump has been played.
Lavrov says the war in Ukraine will continue and is likely to escalate.
Trump is the only person alive on Earth who believes there will be a deal.
Trump has lifted sanctions and cut intelligence sharing with Ukraine for nothing.
He has given Moscow billions and delayed defence shipments to Ukraine, all for absolutely nothing.
An unprecedented foreign policy disaster.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 THIS IS PUTIN’S RUSSIA. AND WITKOFF CALLS HIM A HUMANITARIAN. 🇺🇸
Russian forces have been documented executing Ukrainian soldiers after capture, including men who had surrendered or were no longer capable of fighting.
These are not simply accusations exchanged between two countries at war. United Nations investigators have examined footage, interviewed witnesses and documented repeated executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war. Killing a prisoner who has surrendered is a war crime.
Yet American envoy Steve Witkoff recently sat across from Vladimir Putin and praised him as a humanitarian, thanking him for releasing an American detainee.
That extraordinary compliment deserves to be examined alongside the documented conduct of Russian forces in Ukraine.
Elon Musk’s role in the wider debate over American support for Ukraine has also attracted intense scrutiny. But criticism of Musk’s positions should not be confused with evidence that he personally endorses executions.
The victims of these crimes were human beings. Some had laid down their weapons. Others were wounded or otherwise defenseless. Under international humanitarian law, they were entitled to protection.
No diplomatic compliment, political argument or disagreement over military assistance changes that obligation.
And no prisoner should be executed for the uniform he wears.

Scenes from the aftermath of Russia's ballistic missile strike on a university campus in Kyiv. Five students and staff were injured. That was no military target anywhere nearby. Russia's goal was to cripple the school, kill students and staff, and terrorize civilians.
Russian ballistic missiles struck a Kyiv university, injuring students and staff. The attack came hours after UN investigators concluded that Russia's deliberate strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure constituted war crimes and crimes against humanity. View article

For me, Europe began in Ireland 🇮🇪.
Today at the conference in Dublin, I shared some personal memories. As a teenager, I visited Ireland several times through a programme for children affected by the Chornobyl disaster. I stayed with Henry and Marian Deane in Roscrea, County Tipperary.
I learned English here, and even a little Irish. I discovered another culture. But most importantly, I discovered another way of life.
I saw that people could speak freely. That they could disagree with their government without being afraid. I was too young then to understand what democracy really meant. But I could feel what freedom was. That is something you never forget.
Ireland helped shape me as a person, my values and my European identity. Long before I learned about the European Union, I experienced European values through ordinary Irish people. Through a family who opened their home to a girl from Belarus. Through neighbours who treated me as one of their own.
Ireland also taught me another important lesson: You can love your country, your language and your traditions while remaining open to the world.

These people are shameless. Now lying about Irish troops being sent to ethnically cleanse Lebanon with the Israelis. 🤡
If, as Helen McEntee has proposed, Irish troops are deployed to Lebanon as part of the EU Security Mission, then they'll be de facto participants in a Lebanese civil war against Hezbollah, at the behest of the Israeli government.

I look forward to welcoming @Tsihanouskaya, Head of the United Transitional Cabinet of Belarus and leader of the country’s democratic movement, back to Ireland later today.
Ireland’s support for a future democratic Belarus remains steadfast.
