During the last 7 days in Ireland :
- The state dropped two charges of sexual against a Sudanese man awaiting trial for attacking a 10-year-old girl.
- The courts delayed the sentencing of a Brazilian fraudster so he can continue his Irish citizenship process.
- A Honduran man who sexually assaulted an Irish boy received a suspended sentence.
Meanwhile, Irishman Graham Carey is serving two years in prison for "inciting hatred against refugees."

I'm outside the beautiful new courthouse in Wexford, in the southeast corner of Ireland.
Inside, they're prosecuting Hugh Fagan. His hobby is sitting in the town square with seven cardboard signs and his headphones on. It's sort of like Twitter, but in real life.
The summons didn't even tell him which sign they found offensive.

Dr Pat Morrisey will appear before the Medical Council in Stilorgan on Tuesday 27th October. He faces charges for his public criticism of Covid Vaccines and for attempting to protect people from these terrible, cancer- causing injections. These toxic products that even RFK himself cannot remove from the shelves -so powerful are the sinister forces working behind the charade of politics.
Dr Morrisey stands against the power of a Pharmaceutical Industry that is in complete control of our public health policy and health guidelines, all blindly followed in the name of profit, regardless of the human cost.
In many respects both at home and abroad - healtchcare has become a dangerous disease. Many Doctors are aware of this truth, but only the smallest few have had the courage to speak out, and face the inevitable consequence.
Dr Morrisey's hearing will be held at the Talbot Hotel Stilorgan at 10am. I will be there along with several of our colleagues.
We are but few, yet we proudly stand beside a Doctor who has more integrity and more honesty in his heart, than the remainder of our Profession combined.
Please do come along to this utterly disgraceful Inquisition. It is open to the Public and I look forward to seeing you there.

The court was in shock at how the Palestinian "asylum-seeker" repeatedly changed his story.
He claimed he had poor English yet he often replied to questions in English in anger as he didn't like being cross examined by @laoisedebrun
He claimed he was on painkillers and made him drosy or if you will as I stated, "intoxicated" but there is no record of that in his signed statement as per the disclosure.
He claimed the phone chargers near him didn't work and conveniently chose the ones beside the young unknown woman.
He claimed his phone which he had misplaced magically landed on the seat beside this woman.
He also admitted to there being no need for him to sit beside her.
He admitted he had an "oversized" or as we put it to him an "open belt" on his trousers.
Two truly sickening and perverse things:
The state continues to seek a conviction against me on "Coco's Law". A law created by a mother who lost her daughter through cyber bullying and intimate images being posted. A law created to protect vulnerable girls and women.
The state in the mean time ignored a vulnerable 14 year-old girl who bravely took the stand yesterday and had her moment and well and truly put the state prosecutor in his place and spoke her truth.
Their excuse yesterday was well no one complained to us about the 14 year old girl so in effect they quite simply didn't bother making a house call even to try speak to her.
This is eerily similar to how vulnerable young girls in the UK were and continue to be ignored by police and grooming gangs thrive.
Do we think if this young lady wasn't working class and the daughter of say a politician would the same mindset still apply? Doubtful.
And through all of this persecution from the state I have had repeated threats online, harassed in my local store, malicious graffiti outside my home, my full address posted, malicious postal mail, wife receiving gang-rape threats and Gardai response was "tell your husband to stop posting online".
It is my opinion that this "asylum-seeker" is not a victim but I am, alongside the brave young lady who took the stand yesterday.
Read this and tell me the Palestinian was innocent.

Let me explain the public money trail behind the viral advert about grandparents hugging their grandchildren.
Four Organisations keep appearing:
1. CUAN,
2. Community Foundation Ireland,
3. Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, and
4. We-Consent.
1. Cuan is the State agency.
Established in January 2024 to fund and coordinate domestic and sexual violence services, set standards, and run awareness campaigns.
It sits inside the Dept. of Justice
Its funding has risen from €58.6 million in 2024 to €84.4 million allocation for 2027 (+44% increase in three years!)
At end of 2024 it had 28 employees. That year it spent roughly €3 million on staff, administration and board costs + another €4.2 million on awareness campaigns.
In 2025 it allocated €58.36 million to 78 organisations (see pic below).
2. Community Foundation Ireland
Denise Charlton is CEO of Community Foundation.
She also sits on CUAN's statutory board, and is a named member of We-Consent’s advisory group.
Community Foundation Ireland helped fund the original We-Consent campaign (launched 2023 by DRCC, with Dept of Justice support).
Other CUAN board members also lead or sit on organisations that receive Cuan grants (including Women’s Aid and Galway Rape Crisis Centre and others).
These links are publicly disclosed. They are not evidence of wrongdoing. Everything here is above board.
But they do raise ordinary public-interest questions about conflict declarations, recusals, and how core grants are renewed versus the smaller open funding call (€3.2m in 2025).
3. We-Consent
We-Consent is a DRCC project, not a separate State body.
The precise cost, production details, and evaluation of this particular grandparents advert are not publicly broken out.
4. ***IMPORTANT**
Dublin Rape Crisis Centre does important work.
Supporting survivors and teaching boundaries are not in dispute.
But my question here is:
What measurable improvement has this new agency structure, CUAN, delivered per euro spent, and where is the independent comparison with the previous system?
*The graphic below shows how €58.3million was distributed in 2025. CUAN's total budget allocation for 2027 is €85million.

One year ago today an African migrant r*ped a 10-year-old Irish girl in Dublin.
Seven months prior to the attack, he was issued with a deportation order, but it wasn't enforced. Our government asked him to leave, and didn't bother checking if he had. He went on to r*pe a child.
