Day 5 of no services @Ask_Spectrum I MUST work & need to give my boss a real ETA. Please ask the dispatch office where our street is on the queue for repair. Entire street confirmed out by tech who said he couldn’t do anything yesterday & that we need a “real” crew.
Thank you for sending a tech @Ask_Spectrum but all he did was confirm we (and our entire street) are really out of service & a part of an outage. He said he cannot repair it & that we just have to wait. Wait for what?! 😞😫😔 Day 4 of no service and not being able to work.
I just got a call from @GetSpectrum saying my service is restored and it’s not!! @Ask_Spectrum please confirm our street is still on the repair list as pending. Outage since Wednesday night.
