Two of my friends became anxious during lockdowns and purchased Xanax laced with fentanyl and died. Multiple friends businesses closed forever. Multiple friends became alcoholics and drug addicts. Multiple friends romantic relationships dissolved (mine included.) multiple people caught a glimpse into the nature of what lengths their friend groups were willing to go to to comply with the state by sacrificing their close friendships.
That's not even beginning to get into the effect lockdowns had on children. This was a major cataclysmic event and any reports otherwise are revisionist and condescending to the extreme hardship and devastation that they caused.

I'm ALWAYS for blocking aid to universities for any reason but it's very difficult not to notice that the GOP couldn't be bothered to do this when universities were declaring that white people are evil
Or when they discriminated against white people in admissions
Or when they were holding kangaroo courts to destory the lives of men accused of sexual misconduct
Or when they were they pushing communism on the student body
Or when they were holding anti-American protests
Or when they were burning American flags
Or when they were promoting BLM
Or when they were pushing COVID vax mandates
Or when they were chanting about the need to destroy western civilization
Or when they were attacking Christianity
Or when they were teaching that men can become women
The only thing that the GOP House seems to agree on is that Americans who are not loyal to a foreign power need to be punished
So it may not be true that American politics is entirely controlled by Israel, but you can see why any rational human being who has not been totally brainwashed by Fox News and Newsmax may suspect that to be the case

In defense of Denethor, he lost his beloved wife at an early age. He had to oversee the decline of his country without being able to do anything about it. And when Boromir died, Denethor was at his limit for grief.
Though he never neglected his duty as steward, he did succumb to pride in viewing Sauron through the Palantir. Far from perfect, Denethor was not the negligent psycho Jackson portrays. He was both flawed and tragic.
Most regrettably, he failed at keeping his honor at the last, unlike his son.

That's why the housing market sucks. They gave all the starter homes away to immigrants or turned them into rentals for immigrants.
Taxing young people just to keep seniors from ever having to sell their family-sized homes is the bipartisan response we seem to have settled on to demographic collapse and housing unaffordability.
