🚨 Audit of UNHCR turns out a horror story
Malaysians should do this fast:
1) Demolish UNHCR
2) Stop all donations to UNHCR
This org is a black hole for donor money. Shut it down. Redirect or cut the waste.
Aid should help people instead of funding inefficiency, leaks or corruption
🚨 UNHCR Malaysia: “only 220000 refugees in Malaysia, relatively small compared to the nation’s population”
Be very clear, the 220,000 registered refugees figure does not include the undocumented ones
This total population will likely grow rapidly to a MILLION in near future
In the end, Malaysians will bear the costs, not these foreigners at UNHCR office with high salaries
We can’t expect them to act in Malaysia’s best interests
Back in 2022, our Security DG called for shutting down UNHCR office. He claimed that illegal immigrants keep coming as UNHCR could issue ID cards without referring to the authorities.
The government should consider shutting down UNHCR office in Malaysia
