Binance doesn't have a MiCA European Licence anymore from 1st of july 2026. You need to find a MiCA compliant replacing exchange for Binance (if you use it) if you are from Europe. At this moment I'm considering to move my #Binance #trading assets to OKX Europe (mainly) and secundarily (also) to Kraken Pro. Both MiCA compliant (no financial advice, do your own research). Long term hold assets I will move to my cold ledger wallet. Don't panic, don't rush. Do your own research. I'm back when it counts 😉

#USDT risks to be #delisted from Binance (and other exchanges in Europe) because of MiCA Regulations by TOMORROW 30/12/2024. #BTC seems to go down to minimum ca $78k, probably lower. This is if it wants to close the CME gap now. It would have taken longer than expected, but soon or later it must come down. I am preparing for it, to buy back the positions I sold for profit. Expect a low in one or two weeks from now or first days of December. 🌻🌞
