SMAD4 and KRAS Status Shape Cancer Cell-Stromal Crosstalk and Therapeutic Response in #PancreaticCancer
This study compares the effect of two distinct KRAS alleles (G12D and G12V) as well as the status of SMAD4 co-mutation in pancreatic cancer on the immune-stromal composition in the tumor microenvironment, and responses to targeted dependecies. There is a lot of murine scRNA-seq data here between the genotypes.
