I remember days when I'll just wake up, pick up my phone, open MT5, scan the market, then jump in on an impulsive trade because of a candle spike. Good old days wey almost take my life. Lol

The reason you keep getting a fake market structure shift is because you just look for them anywhere. You must only anticipate a market structure shift once price has tapped into a Higher timeframe transactional/key level. A break of market structure is only significant on the basis that liquidity has been taken or price has tapped into some sort of FVG, Orderblock or any form of liquidity pool.
