Sentenced 2Y to a 2-hour timeout loud enough for 4yo to hear. This Appeases 4yo who wants revenge. (It’s really just nap time for 2yo and 4yo doesn’t know this, so a two-hour timeout does seem extreme).
4Y ain’t done. Says 2Y shouldn’t get any presents from Santa. Wife says how will Santa know if you don’t write him a letter? So tricks him into working on his ABCs while narcing on his brother to Santa. Very focused to get this letter right.
Then sends me and 4Y to run errands and get ice cream to make it feel better.

Having an “it” factor isn’t enough. Kenny Pickett is not showing signs of progress. As much as it’s not fair to give up on a guy early in his career, and the Steelers certainly won’t be, there’s just no way to deny he’s not showing what he should as a guy who will be your franchise QB.

Pat Shurmur is obviously a good football coach. But this is really crazy—Sean Lewis, by all accounts, did a fantastic job early in the season, and the 37-year-old left a head coaching job to take the Colorado OC position.
Colorado quality control analyst Pat Shurmur will take over play-calling duties from OC Sean Lewis vs. Oregon State, sources told @ActionNetworkHQ. Deion Sanders must elevate Shurmur from analyst to full-time coach to be eligible to coach. Lewis will still signal the plays in, a source said, but it’s unknown which assistant will be demoted to make room for Shurmur’s promotion. Shurmur was an NFL OC w/4 teams, most recently the Broncos in 2020-21, & was former head coach of the Giants & Browns
