Showed my teachers some love this week by making badges for their technology accomplishments. I had 5 teachers do the work to become Apple Teachers. September is informational literacy challenge. Participants get a badge and are entered to win an Apple Pencil for instruction.

A great email to end a very just and hectic first day. Year 14 for me, and third as an ITC. Congratulations to all of us who earned our VSTE cert!

I will always stop everything to watch a 4x400m to celebrate the hardest sprint event. The American women were beyond impressive last night. Made me nostalgic for the track.

For 2 years I ran and jumped. For 5 years and dozens of athletes I coached the sport I love. Tonight I get to watch the best in the world with my daughter. An event I’ve waited for. It’s better than I thought it could be.

At the “watching my comfort show while I try not to stress and re-pack” part of the lead up to #ISTElive. First time attendee and first time leaving my toddler overnight has got me a little bit on edge. But! Still excited for ISTE!

Alright #iste24 I’m an ISTE rookie, I am prepared to be overwhelmed, but I am also excited to get the experience. What are the must do after conference events? What are some must do things outside of ISTE? This toddler mom is ready to be a grown up again!
