So apparently the company that owned my apartment buildings actually sold all of the units without telling any tenants years ago. The company had a pyramid scheme structure and has since gone bankrupt and just walked away leaving tenants to now have to deal with owners.

That they just learned existed. A person who owns my unit seems nice. So that’s good. But now each owner is gonna have their own property management to deal with the unit and then have a separate condo company to deal with repairs to the building.

Right now there’s basically nobody in a position to do repairs on the building. The unit below me is constantly flooding due to the main stack being broken. Now I don’t have any cold water in my bathroom so I can’t flush the toilet or take a shower. And nobody is here to fix it

OKAY, answer this 🇨🇦 Canada is the most educated country in the G7, with the 2nd highest unemployment rate, AND claiming to not have the skilled people therefore dropping the LMIA requirement of looking in Canada before hiring foreign I DARE any journalist to ask CARNEY this
