There’s a Black woman from Brooklyn born to immigrant parents on 3 bags of Lays chips. It’s me.
Lays changed their packaging to honor 30 people in the US known for making a positive impact in their communities. I’m so grateful. This work is quiet more often than not.

“I have never in my life met a lazy Black person.

On October 12 in Columbus OH, 36 year old Krieg Butler Sr. stopped his truck, got out & shot 13 year old Sinzae Reed in the back multiple times, killing him. Then he got back in his truck and drove away. The murderer is a free man today.

You are your actions. Not your thoughts. Imposter syndrome is a bitch and it will rear its ugly-ass head into your thoughts every time you enjoy a win you deserved. Especially one you fought tooth and nail for. Focus on doing something rather than thinking. It'll pass soon enough
In 2020,I created Indie Creator Fund to raise 25K for Black creative entrepreneurs who were constantly excluded from funding opps. To date we’ve put a quarter million dollars into the hands of this community. My new goal is 3 million. This #GivingTuesday we’d love your help.
