The Pokémon scalper war in Japan has reached a breaking point.
Stores are now literally cutting the corners of booster packs at checkout to kill the resale value.
If we’ve reached the point where we have to mutilate the product just to keep it in the hands of fans, the hobby is in serious trouble.
This isn't a solution; it’s a symptom.
And it’s only going to get uglier.
Valid move or total desperation?
GM GM Pokéfrens! Happy Sunday!
Today we are going to pick up a juicy lot off FB 👀
Are we still into Japanese Pokémon? 🤓
Is this a good price for the Pikachu FUR UPC promos, or can we go lower?
You know what I think already..
The UPC race is on, and I bet 100% this drops before the end of the day.
Easy Christmas money - the product’s been awaited for ages, so expect quick cash and a quick drop.
Did you get yours at retail, fam?
The scalper battle for the 30th Celebration Night UPC has started.
Is this how you make money for Christmas presents?
Delta Reign shows how thing truly are in this space.
All this for what?
To get £30ish on top of an ETB and £50 on a booster box.
Get a real job and leave this hobby in peace.
Ahhh, the power of being patient!
Two months after release and we are now approaching the right target.
Japanese 30th Celebration is now sub £90 ($116).
Are you still following Cooper for more Pokémon saving tips? 🙂↔️
🔊 COUNTDOWN IS ON!
We're 8 days from the Pokémon 30th Anniversary release! 🔥
⏩️ Japanese Booster Boxes are trading at $220 from Japan, with similar prices overseas.
The box already dropped massively after the initial FOMO rush at announcement, so expect another drop when REAL supply hits the market.
Fret not - supply is massive.
Target buy price: half of this.
Target buy frame: 3 weeks after release.
If you buy now, don’t cry if you find it cheaper on Cooper’s feed 🙂↔️
