Developing: A poll watcher says she was kicked out of a Bronx, NY polling place at end of day, leaving a poll worker alone with the unlocked unsealed voting machines with ballots still inside, leaving the door wide open for the poll worker to commit fraud.
How would that fraud occur? At last check, NYC uses ES&S voting machines.
Here is a video of ES&S VP of corporate sales Bryan Hoffman admitting that if a worker is left alone with an unlocked ES&S machine, that worker can run ballots through again, and those false votes will count. The machine does not detect that the ballot has already been fed.

Well, SAVE America Act didn’t make it through for election time.
Voters in many places won’t have to show ID, and mass mail-ballot distribution will continue after the Senate went on vacation all month instead of voting on it.
They won’t be in session again until after the midterm election.
The Hill recently wrote an article about what a flop this is for Republicans. They argued it should have been the easiest bill to pass because a Pew Research poll showed 83% of Americans want voter ID, including 71% of Democrat voters and 95% of Republican voters.
The bill passed the House, but Senators have done everything to avoid passing it, bulldozing past their constituents’ overwhelming wishes.

It’s illegal for staff to:
- Register residents to vote against their will or knowledge.
- Complete a ballot for a resident without their consent or knowledge.
- Discriminate against a resident based on how they want to vote.
- Coerce or prevent the resident from voting how they want.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid put out this guidance this year after a social worker in Texas was charged with fraud for illegally registering residents to vote at the Mexia State Supported Living Center.

Michelle Byram discovered her mother, Kathy Lennon, had voted absentee at a Bangor, Maine, care facility in 2016—after seeing an “I voted” sticker.
Her mother had Alzheimer’s. Michelle questioned whether she understood the choices: “I’m pretty confident that she couldn’t even name a candidate.”
Officials said municipal staff administered voting and that Alzheimer’s alone did not disqualify her.
Michelle’s experience carries a clear lesson:
Families cannot assume how voting will be handled. Ask questions before ballots arrive.
Who offers assistance? How is consent confirmed? Are the voter’s own instructions followed? Can they freely decline?

Mayo Clinic told John Larson that with their help he would still die within the year. He had aggressive late stage colorectal cancer. So he turned down their help and went the alternative route.
He told me he started by praying, then got a prescription of ivermectin from a naturopathic doctor and changing his diet—no more junk food and a lot more alkaline food.
