🏐 Final: @JAGVBALL 3, Oak Mountain 0. (25-23 x2, 25-12) Class 6A, Area 5 will run through Hoover! Spain Park will host the area tournament after dropping just one set in three matches. Jags turned on the jets late and capped it with a Chloe Shumate kill.

🏐 Final: @JAGVBALL 3, Thompson 1. (15-25, 25-23, 25-21, 25-22) Spain Park responds to a slow start with some resilient play late to grab a huge win over Thompson. Jags looked like contenders with great play from Chloe Shumate, Camdyn Kyes and Madden Scott among others.

Camdyn Kyes breaks Spain Park's digs record as a sophomore. Granted, she's a four-year starter, but a four-year starter *as a sophomore* who broke it before the end of her fourth season, and now has two more seasons to put it out of reach.

Spain Park overcame a loss in the first set to win the next three and take down Vestavia Hills on the road. Story: shelbycountyreporter.com/spo… Thanks to @CoosaPinesFCU for its support.
