Tomorrow, @rogers, will restrict viewing of three Canadian teams unless you pay them their devil's ransom of $12.99+ HST per month for Sportsnet+. Don't have regular Sportsnet through your cable? Then it's $34.99+ HST per month. Deregulate the telecoms now! This is rank thievery.

Oh cool. The @EdmontonOilers game isn't available on the premium cable "ultimate sports" package I pay for. Guess I have to look for an illegal stream. Oh those are easy to find? Maybe I should just cancel my cable all-together. Good job @Sportsnet @NHL and @TELUS.

Hey there @EdmontonOilers and @NHL. I refuse to get squeezed for yet another subscription to watch your product. The greed is obnoxious at this point. Do you see the writing on the wall? People don't want to have multiple subscriptions just to support their team. Figure it out.

I’m calling on players to pledge: no national team sixes roster spot for Colorado 2027 or subsequent LA28 qualifiers unless the Haudenosaunee Nationals are eligible to compete under their own flag.
Players: commit. Fans: support. Everyone: share.
No Nationals. No Commitment.

Jake Bowen is heading to Calgary.
The Calgary Roughnecks have signed Bowen, who was originally selected 25th overall by the Saskatchewan Rush in the 2023 NLL Draft.
Bowen spent this past summer with the Edmonton Miners Sr. B program, helping the club capture the Presidents Cup. He finished third on the team in scoring and ranked 14th overall in tournament scoring.

Every year since his Passing I always go back and watch this Performance. It always makes me sad man because he passed away not too long after this. The song is Beautiful man. He hid so much pain behind his smile you can see it in his eyes. RIP Mac Miller
