For reference there is multiple laws that protect you against insane behaviour on X. If you block someone and they continue to stalk your account and harass you, they are breaking the law. Get the police to investigate. Both UK & most other Countries offer the same protection against these narcissists. The police will clearly clarify that if you are not tagging that person and there is no reference to their name or their images, they have no legal right to keep screenshoting your account.
