Uber passenger: "Love your Tesla. But how often do you have to find a place to charge it?"
Me: "I never have to find any place, I don't use public chargers. I charge out of my garage wall, just like you do your iPhone at home."
Uber passenger: "Well how much does that increase your power bill?"
Me: "I don't know, how much does your iPhone increase your power bill?
Uber passenger: "Uhhhhhh, well, I don't know."
Me: "Yeah, me neither. It's that negligible and unimportant."
Uber passenger: "Ok, but what about battery fires? I know they catch fire all the time. How many batteries have you gone through?"
Me: "12"

Not that I expect much selling, but who knows ...
Replying to @DavidMoss
@DavidMoss introduced the Tesla Cybercab in Austin to KBS 🇰🇷, South Korea's most famous public broadcaster.
He explained Tesla's autonomy very professionally and seriously.
I'm glad I got to see that you appeared on the most famous broadcasting station in Korea!
In Korea, there has been daily coverage on television highlighting the strong interest in Tesla and autonomous driving.
I just finished my enrollment in the voluntary voting program for Tesla. We are going to have some big votes coming up.

One thing I want to emphasize from the call.
Vabhav said that despite being given a one-month free trial upon taking delivery, 3 out of 4 cars people are buying in North America are being purchased with the paid FSD subscription.
I think this means they see the value in the software before trying it, likely because they've heard of it, or seen it somewhere, or tried it already.
This is absolutely huge and probably suggests that FSD is contributing to the demand for the vehicle. And this is new news that should terrify Tesla bears.

7 years ago it looked like Tesla Robotaxi would have competition, but it would be 5 years behind. Now it looks like there just isn't going to be any.
Let me explain reality… if you have but sixty seconds:
They were targeting Elon
They were targeting him with fake charges because the socialist-industrial complex is terrified that he would expose their long grift.
They came after him for the Model 3 and Elon’s claims around its potential.
That potential was realized, and it became, along with the Model Y, the best-selling electric vehicle ever created.
These were fake charges to try to stop somebody from building the best category-defining product.
Let that sink in: that's how evil these motherfuckers are.
The loooooong grift has been exposed: socialist grifters are stealing our tax dollars to fund fringe lunacy, NGOs and government programs without oversight or audits.
They’re parasites incapable of creating any product or service that has to compete in the open market.
Elon creates a couple of cutting-edge products each year, and half of them succeed.
Some of them actually change the world. Some of them fail brutally.
It's called capitalism. It's called creation.
This is what moves the human condition forward: trying things.
Trying really hard things.
Socialists come for the people building valuable products and services — that’s the tell
Keep your eye out for the people who've created nothing and risked nothing, but who are attacking the people who risk everything to create Something.
That's the tell.

Who are the half-wits selling $TSLA in AH? And are we listening to the same call?

BIG NEWS: SpaceX has given me approval to fly their locations and bring updates to their locations without TFRs! Thank you Brian, James, and SpaceX Security for helping set up this program. It really means a lot to me. You guys rock!
SPACEX: For my first flight I went to the Starlink / Starmind Campus in Bastrop, Texas. There is a ton of work taking place. Here is a list of the build sites currently underway.
- Solar Ingots and Wafers Facility: This is for upstream silicon production for ingots and wafers that feed solar cell manufacturing. SpaceX is well into the groundworks as they clear and level a massive plot next to the Solar Cell Factory. They will both eventually be connected.
- Solar Cells Factory: This is a ~1.1–1.5 million sq ft multi-floor structure currently under construction south of the main Starlink plant. It is designed for high-volume solar cell output with a target ~10 GW/year. Much of the outer walls, windows, and roof is installed.
- Starlink Factory: This is the OG building that has undergone multiple expansions. It houses high-volume Starlink kit production, printed circuit boards, and semiconductor packaging.
- Warehouse and AI Satellite Development Facility: It is described in conceptual layouts for storage, AI satellite R&D, and related operations. This building has gone up super fast. It started months after the Solar Cells Factory and is now well beyond it.
- Starmind / AI Satellite Production Factory: This area is still grass with a small section near the highway now be cleared and leveled. It will be the large-scale Starmind satellite manufacturing building.

$TSLA is right into the spot we have been dreaming about in the last 3 years: people waking up to what owning a self-driving car means, and ordering one. Means margin expansion and revenue growth ahead, while we wait for Cybercab and Optimus to ramp!
