Anybody else out there having issues with @hive and @BritishGas? They sold me an immediately faulty #EV charger over three months ago and are still refusing to #refund #CustomerService
@BritishGas @hive Just been hung up on by customer service. Waiting on a refund for a faulty EV charger that broke in September. Being passed from one department to another - zero interest in helping. Appalling customer service, which is your reputation.

1 day. 2 National finals for @Reptonhockey. Huge congratulations 🙌 to our U14 girls who won a silver medal 🥈 today in a close 0-1 final & to our U18 girls who retained the National Tier 1 Schools championship to win our 50th trophy 🏆
An outstanding day for all @ReptonSport
@WestMidRailway Utterly, utterly terrible customer experience today and in recent weeks. Now still awaiting a refund - which was confirmed as processed and accepted weeks ago - for a journey cancelled on 3rd OCTOBER! And now I hear I have to wait another ten days? Appalling.

We look forward to seeing this fantastic team in the National Finals at St George's Park in May - what a huge achievement!

Can’t DM as not going to pay £114 per year to verify a Twitter account. Any other social on which I can DM you? Or another contact? Feel free to DM me!
@WayfairUK Terrible experience today. Delivery booked, carefully timed to coincide with a house move. Email 7.27am to say it’s not coming. Customer service just say all deliveries (even booked ones?!) are estimates. We only bought the furniture because you said it would arrive!
