Girls, it’s up to you to reach out. Reread emails, send out multiple emails, go to the camps. HS and travel coaches support you through the process, but can only do so much. College coaches need to know of YOUR interest in the college. #softballrecruiting

138 staff roster and softball can’t even get a 3rd paid assistant? Like what…..

So sick of the “D1 or Bust” mentality. And for what? So your parents can brag to friends?
So few even GET the opportunity to play in college.
IF you get the chance to play at the next level...GO where you can get the best college experience & degree. THAT'S what matters.

This weekend we were issued a HR celebration warning. Our athletes hyped up their teammate right outside the door of the dugout. It’s hard to ask for passion & energy when there are rules placed to refrain.
Let them play - Let them celebrate - Let them make their memories.

If your coach is being hard on you.. change your mindset from “my coach hates me” to “my coach sees something in me & wants the best for me”
It’s easy to automatically think a coach dislikes you because they are hard on you.. truth is, usually that coach really likes you
