THE LIE KAREN READ'S ATTORNEYS TOLD
If you haven't seen it, below is a short recap of our show last night.
Beginning in September of 2022, Karen Read began attaching photos she had taken from one source, Courtney Proctor Elburg's Facebook, of what she claimed was Jennifer and Matt McCabe's daughter at a birthday party with Michael Proctor.
The little girl in the photo was NOT McCabe's daughter.
Her lawyers included the photos as an exhibit in the April 2023 which Aidan Kearney used to write his first blog.
In response, in May 2023, two opposition filings hit the docket, both which stated clearly the photos were NOT McCabe's daughter and the little girl was a relative of Proctor.
The opposition for the CW was filed on 05/02/2023, but, someone from Read's team had given Aidan Kearney that filing on 05/01/2023.
Clearly, with momentum gaining in their cOnSpIRaCy narrative, Read needed Kearney to run interference and denounce the filings as lies, which Kearney gladly did on 05/02/2023 when the filing became public.
Additionally, to further support the filings, on 05/03/2023, Adam Lally announced in oral arguments that the pictures were NOT McCabe's daughter.
And that should have ended the entire defense storyline about the McCabes being connected to Proctor.
But it didn't.
Read's attorneys continued to file the photos as exhibits and include them in their oral arguments. They signed affidavits with their filings, swearing to the truth of their statements.
By misidentifying the little girl in the photos, Read's legal team made material misrepresentations of facts to the court and fabricated the contents of the photos.
There is no attorney privilege when Professional Rules of Conduct are broken. There is no immunity when an attorney fabricates evidence as was done with these photos.
