Being proud of yourself doesn’t mean you are disrespectful to others.
If I am a munyankore and proud of being a munyankore thats pride which I find no offense with.
Tribalism is; a woman entered a bus and found no tribe mate and immediately exclaimed, “there is no person in this bus.” This means that this person only considers people from her tribe as humans and others are not. Thats tribalism and we must fight it.
Thank you sir. 🫡
This clip found me in my inbox from a fella who thought I would reconsider my UNITY aspirations.
Well, @cpmayiga was very clear on his TULI BAGANDA point of emphasis. He continued to say ABANTU BONA TUBAGALA and this the gist of the matter in our Unity in Diversity campaign.
Like it was explained yesterday, TRIBALISM isn't LOVE for your Tribe. TRIBALISM is thinking that your Tribe is better than all others.
I therefore, don't find any problem with someone emphasizing their identity as long as this pride isn't coupled up with IMPUNITY onto other Tribes. Thank you

If you’re a girl and you don’t like me, move on. What is this; we should be friends? I want you to be the person I can count on?
Do you think I am stupid not to notice that you want privileges of a relationship without being in one😂
Girls get serious.

We should be worried that a group of “men of God” get to sit and be discussing another man’s statements. I find this disrespectful not only to themselves but also to God.
The other day it was “kings” to the statehouse, now it’s the so called “men of God”

Today’s Gospel reminds us that wealth and material possessions are not ends in themselves but resources entrusted to us by God. Jesus challenges us to be faithful stewards, using whatever we have, however little, to serve others, promote justice, and make a positive difference in the lives of those around us.
His statement that “whoever is trustworthy in very small matters is also trustworthy in great ones” teaches us that integrity is demonstrated through our everyday decisions. Our honesty in handling small responsibilities, our generosity towards those in need, and our responsible use of what belongs to others reveal the kind of people we truly are. God does not measure our worth by how much we possess but by how faithfully we use what has been entrusted to us.
Furthermore, Jesus warns us that “you cannot serve God and mammon.” The danger is not in having money but in allowing money to possess our hearts and determine our values.
The Pharisees sneered at Jesus because of their attachment to wealth, yet Jesus reminds them that God sees beyond outward appearances and knows the true intentions of the heart.
In today’s society, where success is often measured by wealth, status and material possessions, this Gospel invites us to examine our priorities. Are we using money to serve God and humanity, or are we allowing it to become our master? True riches are found not in what we accumulate but in the honesty, generosity, love and faithfulness with which we live.

Start a hustle. However small it is. There’s no shameful work as long as it puts food on the table.
